Larry phillips

executive director

Larry began serving as Executive Director with GGF in April 2016, after serving with the IMB in East Asia for 32 years.  During that time Larry served as Business Manager, Church Planter, and with Charlotte, initiated work with a large unreached people group of over seven million.  Larry supervised teams all over Asia and had the privilege of celebrating with fellow missionaries as thousands of churches were planted and many from those people groups came into the Kingdom. 

Larry earned BBA and MBA degrees from University of North Texas and was a businessman with a large USA corporation before the Lord got hold of his heart in 1972.  Before going to the mission field he served as Director of Evangelism at a large church in Denver.  Larry also has a Master’s Degree in Missiology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and studied Cantonese Chinese, at Yale in China, Hong Kong.

As Executive Director, a key priority for Larry is to raise up new missionaries to take the Gospel to the Ends of the Earth.

Charlotte Phillips

Charlotte served with Larry in East Asia for 32 years.  In the US, Charlotte works closely with Larry to reach out to international students and visiting scholars, many from countries with limited Gospel witness.  Charlotte holds a BBA degree from University of North Texas and a MA from Texas Tech University.  Charlotte is a prayer warrior, encourager and a much valued partner with Larry as they visit missionaries and teams in the States and overseas.

George Wood

Trustee, Chaplain and Missionary

With a passion for seeing others come to know Christ and grow in Him George has served with GGF for the past thirteen years. He serves as chaplain and secretary for our Board of Trustees and uses his 30 years of experience as a pastor in his frequent visits to our missionaries. Holding a MDiv degree from Denver Seminary and a DMin from Fuller Seminary he is committed to living out the good news and helping others grow in their knowledge of the Word of God through preaching and offering Walk Thru the Bible seminars. George leads the office’s weekly prayer meetings, and often contributes new ideas and spearheads new projects.

Kristy Marrufo

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Kristy feels blessed to be on staff with GGF for the past 12 years and is responsible for making sure the office is running smoothly and efficiently. She also has the privilege of taking care of the missionaries’ financial matters stateside so they can more freely focus on their ministry work. Kristy is a Women's Bible study group leader and is involved with various ministries at her church.  Prior to working at Go Ye, she home schooled her children for 10 years. 

Stephanie Plunkett

Missionary Candidate and Communications Coordinator

Stephanie is the initial contact for missionary applicants to GlobalGrace Fellowship, seeing them through the early stages of candidacy. She is also responsible for editing and producing GlobalGrace's publications and assists our missionaries with newsletters as needed. Prior to joining GGF in 1993, Stephanie served with another mission, was involved in children’s ministry, and did graphic design and calligraphy.

Rosa Tuero-Huang

Donor Services / IT Coordinator

Rosa is responsible for processing donations to GGF and donation related communication with existing donors and missionaries.  She is blessed by the generosity and faithfulness of the supporters of GlobalGrace Fellowship and its missionaries.  Her professional background includes 8 years of work in a church environment in administration and finance, and more than 15 years working with ESL international students. Rosa is very involved with the prayer ministry of her multi-cultural local church.

Chris Hedberg

Office Assistant

Chris has been with GGF for 11 years. She has been involved in missions for more than 30 years, working with numerous organizations in mostly an administrative role. She assists with donations and receipting, works on newsletter mailings, and helps out wherever there is a need.

Jose Rodriguez

International Field Director

Jose began serving with GGF in August, 2012 after retiring from 30 years of military service, 26½ years as an Army Chaplain. He oversaw and served as pastor to many chapel congregations, supervised multiple staffs, and was sought out as a mentor. Jose holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from International Bible College in San Antonio, Texas, a Master of Divinity degree from the Evangelical Seminary of Puerto Rico, a Master of Theology degree from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Erskine Seminary, Due West, South Carolina. Jose focuses on fulfilling the GGF global mission through recruiting workers, visiting and caring for GGF missionaries, and cultivating GGF partners.
